“This is the place my daughter and I come to for our wine. They have a large, great selection of wine, ranging from cheap to pricey. This is the place that I go for my son-in-law when I have to get him a hard-to-find bottle of Kentucky bourbon. And yes, they carry good Kentucky bourbon. Being from there, I know what brands to get. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. They know me when I come in because I grab a cart and stock up once a month.”

“I have a favorite Mezcal that I used to get at Nido (great neighborhood Mexican) called Machetazo Cupreata. With covid and businesses on hiatus I needed a beverage and Broadway Liquors helped! They had my favorite along with good hours, lots of other choices and nearby street parking (or just go to the Grocery Outlet lot across the street). I have a couple of adult beverages a week so I'm not there often, but they're now 100% my go-to spot for all my liquor needs!”

“I was planning on stopping by after work to pick up a bottle of wine, so I called ahead and asked if they had that wine on the shelf, which they did. I don't think it's a very well known brand, and it's not expensive, but he knew what I was talking about and that there were only a few bottles left. My shift ran longer than I expected and I got there about 5 minutes before they closed. He was just about to lock up but jokingly said he'd be nice and let me in. I used to work retail and told him I completely understand, so I got right to the point and asked if they still had the wine. He remembered me and it had been at least 4 hours. He found the last bottle they had on the shelf almost right away and was so kind.The service here is awesome every time I've been there and I will continue to go back.It's in the perfect location, well lit, not sketchy, and they always have what I need.”

“I did a quick search on google for Warsteiner Pilsner near me. You can usually find this liquid gold on tap at the Gerst Haus on West Franklin. Showed limited stock at the First Avenue location. I showed up, and by golly, they had it. Left with my six-pack, happy as a clam, having paid just over 12$ with taxes. Like MacArthur, I shall return.”
