There are better (and cheaper) locally-owned storage facilities in town. Beware of Lighthouse they raise your rates substantially over time. Not worth what you pay.

PRICE GOUGE ALERT! We are moving to another storage facility. We can get a 10x10 indoor unit at the other (newer) facility for $55. At lighthouse, we pay $145 (after regular rate increases that we did not consent to) for a 10x10! If you like to throw your money away then go to Lighthouse Storage.

Booking was easy and getting in and getting access to the unit was also very easy and the units are very accessible and the units come with a free lock which is great!

I am very satisfied with the customer service I received when I was transferred to the lady that answered the phone to help me that works for Lighthouse storage. She was very helpful, answered all of my questions and walked me through the process of renting a storage space. I appreciate that this is a company that still has person to person customer service. Thank you
