Was busy at self checkout with the family and left my phone on the cart and put cart in cart return. Got home and was like crap. So I called the store and told them where I left it. The Kohl's worker said, well no one turned anything in, you can call back later we close at 10.... So I drive 20 miles back there and luckily my phone was right were I told them, grabbed my phone and went home.

Kohls East Evansville is well arranged and very clean. Employees are very helpful and not pushy. Check out was very easy and quick. Overall very nice shopping experience.

My go to place to shop for clothes. First time I went I brought Kohls cash that was gifted to me but didn't realize it was expired by just a day or two. The wonderful employee allowed it to be used anyways and now they receive my business every time I need new clothes.

I’ve went into Kohl’s two different times at Sephora and the one woman that waits on me is very rude. This last time she didn’t even wanna get up out the floor so I had to ask her to help me and then she was just rude so I think I’ll just order my make up online the girl checking me out was very nice.

Garbage overpriced products and garbage service. Seams started to tear and pop on me after only a couple of wears. Buttons look like they're melting off one dress I bought despite it being machine wash safe on cool, which I did. And I have a nearly unusable zipper on a pair of pants due to it literally tearing up the fabric and seams with each use. And the employee checking me out attempted to scam me into getting a Khol's credit card without telling me it was a credit card. Not only that, but she didn't even take the security tag off of one item I had bought.

Couldn't find any help in the shoe dept.. Many customers were looking for assistance. Settled on a pair of shoes went to check out lanes and there was about 6 people moving around clothes racks. Thought this was kinda stupid since it was two days before Xmas and their help was just moving racks of clothing around instead of helping customers.

I was asked to share my view of Kohl's and I would not even give it a one star is allowed. I am older and wear petite sizes but the selection is very limited and very ugly and has been for many years. I keep filling out reviews for them for many years telling them to get cuter clothes for petites with no luck. In fact they keep getting uglier. I see some clothes in other sizes and some are very cute. I would suggest getting another buyer for the petite department or don't buy there if you are a petite.
