There were some issues with my payment processing, oversights on my part. One being that I left my card at home. Nonetheless, between 2 associates and 1 manager. My husband and I were able to purchase what we shopped for and though the event could have been a bit embarrassing. The manager assured they would get me taken care of and not to worry. I am so pleased with the customer service and loyalty program of Kohl's and it is why I continue to patronize. Feeling appreciated as a customer. 0169

This review is for my cashier Darlene she was very very helpful with waiting on me. She helped me pick out my product that I needed to purchase and also helped with my coupons and was very very nice customer service like this is what keeps me and I’m sure others coming back to your store, thank you and a big pat on the back to Darlene. Appreciate very much.

Everyone was very helpful especially my cashier Darlene. Darlene retrieved all my rewards off my Kohl’s App on my phone and even helped me carry my purchases to my car. Excellent service!

My aunt passed away and she was a loyal customer of theirs and had a charge card. I was in charge of her estate and called them to settle on the bill and they said I needed to prove that I was able to do that and I said how do I go about that and they said take your information into one of the stores and they'll fax it to us. I said well it's going to be a minute before it's settled is there any way that we can stop the interest and I said oh yes it's already stopped when you told us she passed. By the time I got in there $150 at least had been added on to the bill. The very very helpful nice people working in the store on the West Side of Evansville that day called the number for me and tried to settle it for me and the guy on the other end was not helpful at all and no idea what he was doing talk to me like I was a dog and at the end of it I ended up hanging up on him. I just told those Associates that I would just pay the whole thing and wash my hands of him. They felt so bad and it had nothing to do with them. It was very much the company the guy they called was high up. Apparently a little too high up forgot how he got there. An experience that will cause me to never shop there again.
