One of my favorite stores in Evansville. Employees greet you with a smile and helping hand. Store manager (Shelby) is ALWAYS a huge help and a friendly face. Can't say a bad thing about this store or its employees.

I went to Kirklands hoping to find something for my mantle. Store associate, Jessica, offered her assistance. She helped me find the pieces to complete my mantle perfectly. She went above and beyond to help me and definitely has great insight when it comes to decorating and design.

When in to purchase, a decent size purchase, asked if it would take long to get end table from back that I purchased because I didn't have much time. After asking looked at manager (Shelby) to see her response and she rolled her eyes, made a unkind face and didn't say anything. Other 2 girls working that were not managers were polite. I shop alot at this store but in future if that is the customer service provided by management I can find my home decor elsewhere!!! Your management staff should atleast display basic customer service skills!!!! I agree with other reviews their new management is extremely rude!

Had an interview here roughly a week ago.
The first thing I noticed when I walked inside was how hot it was, I told the girl at the register what I was there for so she went to find her manager.
She was walking so fast I couldn't keep up with her.
She couldn't find her manager so I'm left standing in the back by myself, but the interview went great.
She showed me around and said they would call the following day, I never heard anything.
It's completely fine if they found someone else or changed their mind, just kind of unprofessional to leave someone waiting around.
