I was sold a vehicle that had some serious problems. I tried to work out a deal for repairs but was told that the problem was all mine. I was told the vehicle had been checked and it was ok. I felt that by purchasing a vehicle from a legitimate dealer I had a better shot at acquiring a "safe" vehicle. I was obviously wrong! Kenny Kent will not stand behind their sales. It is my strong recommendation that if you are in the market for a vehicle you should get it somewhere else.

Got a car from Kenny Kent 3 different times from them and they did me right each time. Friendly atmosphere with great sales men and finance department.

Had a very bad experience with someone specific Kris Griffen. He did a terrible job in communicating with the finance details in the contract. He was also very disrespectful and racist saying “so now you speak English”

I dropped my car off at 9am for an oil change, cabin filter, air filter, and an alignment. They called around 11am to let me know their recommendations. Great, let’s do it. At 3:30pm I called to get the status of my vehicle so I could plan the rest of my afternoon. I spoke to 4 people who did nothing but jerk me around. One even said he was in a different building and didn’t have the number to the dealership. I asked one to transfer me to a manager and she transferred me to the main line. I called sales and explained what was going on and to please help me find out what was going on. She also transferred me to the main line. Finally my service person called literally 5 minutes after I got the run around from the entire dealership. When I got to the dealership he was no where to be found. I politely asked another person to please check me out so I could go home. Zero customer service and the customer service “employees” were quick to transfer you to the main line so that you could start the entire process all over again. 100% would never recommend. They will never touch my vehicle again.

Zachary Kitch here, great place to get a used vehicle. My 2017 Chevy Trax has had no issues, is extremely compact and comfortable, and also was a perfect recommendation from one of the dealers. My wife and I currently have 1 kid and this suv has been a real life saver. I appreciate the effort gone into thought and appearance with Kenny Kent Chevrolet.
I only use their service department for my vehicle and they give great advice, recommendations and are extremely friendly. I really appreciate Brooke, she does an amazing job!

Purchased a 2021 Chevy Silverado with Warranties from the Dealership 6 months ago, went to trade-in for a Ford at another dealership as they gave me more than I paid for it. Went back to cancel my warranty. I paid 4,200 for the warranty and gap when I went back to cancel it the refund was $3,023, the finance manager didn't do what I asked and still sent the forms in, instead of holding off on it and allowing me to cancel it with MPP. This was a MAJOR SCAM and I will never do business with them ever again. STAY AWAY FROM KENNY KENT CHEVY

they emailed a friend of mine a price for a certian vehicle, she got there and they said they made a mistake and could not honor that price. as she already spoken to the financial and had all her paper work for this car!!!! will not do business with places that changes their mind after the deal was made
