The service dept. got me in the next day after I called. Mr. White my salesperson arranged for that.
I had been trying to get an appointment in Ky. But could not. I went to Evansville with a brake module “abs” sign appearing on my dash. But when I pulled in my water pump burst. So, I had two major problems. Dalton was so helpful in service . He managed to get the parts overnight. I was out by the next afternoon. It was efficient, timely and well done. Couldn’t have gotten better service.

Chris was the most friendly and most knowledgable car salesman i have dealt with ever. He made the whole purchasing experience such a breeze and enjoyable. Travis in finance was also such a blessing to do business with and completely transparent during the process. I will definitely be shopping at kenny kent again in the future for my next vehicle. Just showed up to look at a cheap truck that I saw online. I made an appointment and was contacted by a salesman named Jeff Hardin. He was awful. I had a cheap trade that I could use, I had cash that I could use... I had options. Did I tell him all of that, No. When my husband got out of the car Jeff didn't introduce himself or make any gesture of kindness. He threw his hands in the air and said, " You didn't even bring the trade!" Fun fact, I had never driven a gmc canyon. I had never viewed this truck outside of an internet ad. My husband was furious as he feels a man's handshake and word means something. This dealership was rude. They were hateful. They were degrading. No one should be looked down on because of the type of vehicle they are viewing. No one should approach another adult wanting to do business and not at the very least introduce themselves. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Dishonest and straight up rude finance officer .added things not agreeded to our loan .then tried to say we agreeded to it.added $1,100 on our loan had to fight with the 3d party company for over a month to get it taken off dealership was absolutely no help in the matter. Finally got it taken off and moved to to one if the other places we were approved originally the night of purchase that already had a lower interest rate .so our payment dropped co
nsiderably. WILL NEVER SHOP AT THIS DEALERSHIP AGAIN!!!!
