Outstanding customer service. The store is filled with everything you need. It has loose tobacco, papers, disposable vapes, pipes, all for cheap. Stores like this often feel uncomfortable but Kelly's has a good vibe. Plus all the extra snacks and sodas for cheap make this store a must stop. I hope they stay open forever.
