Poor online ordering service. I ordered online an item that the store was out of, however once the order was placed it stalled in processing for a week. When I decided to cancel I discovered that there isn’t a way to cancel once the order has been placed, even though it has not yet shipped. In recent weeks this location has been in chaos with whole aisles filled with boxes. I’ve enjoyed Joann’s in the past but now I am unimpressed.

Joanns keeps going down hill- especially in regards to their online ordering. No communication, cancelling without reason, and no option to even try to reorder or partially fill. If you don’t have the inventory- then don’t show multiple items in stock on the site just to cancel later that night. I don’t even fully blame employees, corporate needs to shape up. This is not the only Joann’s site I’ve had an issue with if online ordering.

I went in look for last minute supplies, which I needed that night. Online said they had 5 in stock. I looked on the shelves, none. I asked the ladies at the register if they could check in the back or tell me if there might be another place. They then told me that if they had some they are probably in boxes and they weren’t going to look for any. I wasn’t trying to make anyone’s day harder. I just genuinely needed this stuff. In addition I had gotten a hand held light up toy for my kid, on the wall of their fairly cheaper toys. It said two dollars but unfortunately it didn’t have a tag on it. She asked where I got it and I pointed and said that wall over there, she said yeah I’m not walking over there this looks like it is $6. I said no, this said $2. Please go check me, she then proceeded to look it up on their website and then rang me up.I ended up going to Michaels for my items.Fast forward, I placed an order at 6 o’clock this evening and they close at 9. Online said they were processing my order…. But they weren’t. I called at 8:35 to check on the order, I was then informed no one has been there after 6 to work on it and I have to wait until tomorrow now. I would have really appreciated if they would have turned off mobile ordering for their location as they did not have anyone working them. I waited almost 3 hours to hear this. I could have gone to the store before they closed and got the items myself.

Waited 30+ minutes to get fabric cutTook a ticket as requested and sat down next to the station cuz I have spinal cord damage and can't stand that longThey didn't bother using tickets in a half hour later jumped from ticket 59 to 64 skipping over me completelyAbsolutely nobody available to assistDon't waste your time going here

It’s a nice store. Still has a ton of Christmas stuff boxes up to be put out but it’s understandable with all the staff shortages.

I had bought double sided stick down interfacing. It did not work. I followed the directions. Joann would not make good on it. I will check with stores before I go back

They don't honor coupons. They even have signs posted above things that are on sale, and when you get to the register, they won't honor it. Even walked back with me to the sign, and said it was incorrect. But yet they left the sign there.

The only cashier up front,, who was also taking incoming customer calls, needs to call for additional cashiers sooner than was done while we were in line.

I'm not a material fabrication expert by no means. But if I want to buy a good quality stuff this is where I go. Scissors, needles ... things like that.
