This is the second car that Beth sold me from Byrider! My first car is excellent it was low on milage and I have not had any major work done to it as of yet. It has been about 5 years now. The location in Evansville was fantastic! They stayed an hour and a half past closing to make sure we could get the car that was right for us and they were all super nice! I'd definately recommend!!

This is the worst place to buy a vehicle from. You can pay on your vehicle for two years straight on time and never miss a payment and then your one day late and they take your vehicle. They refuse to work with you and give no leway when it comes to making the payments. Don't buy a vehicle from them, they are the worst!!

Raine made my car buying experience exceptionally easy. She helped me to have my application completed and approved before I ever set foot in the store. Once I was there in person she listened to my wants and needs and showed me what my options were. She never tried to sway me in one direction or another and let me decide exactly what would work for me. She is absolutely the best sales person I have ever dealt with at a car lot. Everyone there was exceptionally nice and made the entire process enjoyable instead of stressful. I left with the perfect vehicle for me and extremely pleased with the service I received.

Such an easy & smooth experience. Beth was the absolute BEST. Unfortunately, my vehicle I just got not even a week ago is already having issues starting and driving. The check engine light came on 3 days after owning it I believe they just wipe whatever codes.
Update a month later:
Talk about bad customer service from Kristine at the service center. They schedule you two weeks out & make it seem like you’re a burden for wanting the vehicle you’re paying for fixed properly especially paying $500 a month.
Oil leaking in driveway, electronics working when they want to, vehicle doesn’t even have 115k miles and it has more issues than my 2003 Suburban.
If I could be honest, you’d have the same luck buying a used car off marketplace if not better.
