The manager would not let myself and other customers go through self check out because we had more than 15 items even though the only cashier checkout lane was very backed up. We had to plead with her to open another checkout lane which she relented. By the time I finished at the checkout lane she was letting other customers with 15+ items go through self check out.

Today I was in self checkout making 2 transactions cause I also was shopping for some one else only for cashier to approach me and say r u going to pay for this. Mind u I haven’t left the register yet, I would have understood if I was leaving the store and she ask me this. I felt embarrassed, discriminated against, and I felt like she was trying to accuse me of stealing. If that’s the type of service I’m going to receive I will no longer be shopping there it was disgusting to be approached like that and in that manner

For Ruler grocery store, they have expensive prices, as if you were actually shopping at Kroger.

Prefer going here over Walmart anyway. They obviously don't have as big of a selection but for my own personal needs I believe they're cheaper and more convenient.

Was there at 8 pm & they were putting stock up. I purchased 2 milk crates of distilled water. One of the workers asked if I needed help which I gladly excepted. 68 years old & walk slowly with a cane. I appreciated his offer. The gentleman loaded them into my shopping cart. I thanked him but he wasn't done yet. He asked if I needed anything else - which I didn't& he pushed the cart up to check-out & I thanked him once again. He said he was glad to do it anytime. I paid my debt & turned around to push my cart out to my car & he was pushing my cart out the door & he asked which car. I told him & by the time I made it to the exit he had it in my trunk & was heading back in. I thanked him for the 3rd time. I've got a little something for the next time I see him working. Thank You Young ManYour Worth More Money !!!

Decent place to get groceries, selection is a bit limited but prices seemed reasonable.

Great store friendly staff. During the hours of 10 am till 7 pm it may appear there is only self checkout. That is not the case. Company policy is that there is always a cashier there during the hours of 10am till 7pm. If you have alot of items or just do not want to use the self check out request they call the cashier to the front.
