Great store friendly staff. During the hours of 10 am till 7 pm it may appear there is only self checkout. That is not the case. Company policy is that there is always a cashier there during the hours of 10am till 7pm. If you have alot of items or just do not want to use the self check out request they call the cashier... read full comment
Ruler Foods operate as a discount grocery store offering basic grocery items and featuring everyday low prices. The stores contain a high concentration of corporate brand products in a low cost structure environment. Customers bag their own groceries and 'rent' shopping carts for 25 cents, which is then returned when the cart is replaced. This cuts down on the number of carts on the parking lot which lessens car damage and saves the customer money.
