Ruler is great they have almost everything you need and their prices and staff are awesome. We shop here frequently and have saved thousands compared to what we spend when we go to Walmart or Wesselmans. I wish they had a larger selection on certain things but all in all I highly recommend.

Ruler used to be a good place to find things a little less costly, but anymore, they are pretty much about the same as all of the other markets. The few people that work there are nice. However, not having an actual cashier....atleast one at all times sucks. Not everyone wants to ring up their own groceries. Furthermore, not all people can do it without problems. If you have to do it yourself....there should be a discount! I feel like if a person doesn't work there...then those who are getting paid should do the work. Whatever happened to customer service?

I will continue to leave these type of reviews for anyone working in customer service that do not follow procedure unless something has changed. If the store says it closes at 9pm then that is what time the doors should lock….not 8:55pm or before and I understand if it is 9pm and you decide to lock the door but when you choose to work in customer service then you should follow the procedure for closing and normally I have no issues with this store but I noticed this is a new worker that has not been here that long and she is younger. Hopefully she will receive training on the proper way to work in customer service. Bless her heart!

They have some good buys but I go out of my to shop at the other Rulers although this one is by my house because the employees always seemed mad about something. I tried to ask for help finding an item and they were not happy about helping me. The black girl at the register is always nice though. She is the best employee at this store.
