Amazing, caring and fun place that absolutely love what they do. I have found a new person in myself by volunteering and spending time with loving divine spirits that want to spend as much time with me as I do them

This place is awesome! They really worked with us on finding a new four legged friend to join our family. We found the perfect young four legged gal to join our family and she is a sweetheart! It takes a village is the best place to find your new furry friend!!

Having to return a 2 yr 8mo female STRAY dog WITH MAJOR AGGRESSIVE BEHAVIOR TO MYSELF AND FAMILY .. AND ANYONE THAT COMES OVER.. We were told afterthefact that she was AGGRESSIVE...It's very impossible to TRAIN OBEDIENCE TO A STRAY DOG.. It's a shame but she'll be happy seeing her buddy Kane ..

They are a caring rescue service and they even care about the communites' private animals because when they get so many donations they give out the excess to the public. They give out cat and dog food and they even give out toys along with the food. . A great caring

We fostered a dog named Gema. After only a couple of days, the whole family fell in love with her and we decided to adopt her. Adoption process was fast and easy and the staff was nice and helpful. Will recommend ITV to people looking to adopt a new pet

This Is a wonderful way to help animals in need. They help so many surrounding animal shelters. I personally know they have pulled many from daviess co animal shelter to help find loving forever homes. Donations are always welcome and I encourage everyone to give a little for such a great cause the staff is also wonderful and loving to all these animals ?

The operation is a good cause. However, the communication and general professionalism leaves much to be desired. We fostered a pup that was 8 weeks old and ended up adopting due to fear of them not knowing how to take care of him. He came down with parvo at 10 weeks, but when we took him in, they told us they watched him and he didn’t have the same symptoms we were experiencing at home. After a few days they told us we could come get him, knowing we have other dogs in the home. Upon returning home, the symptoms we saw prior continued, so we called them back and asked that they get him checked out. They took him to the vet and he was diagnosed with parvo. The vet kept him for about a week and he was able to pull through. We got him back and asked them if we could schedule his next round of vaccines, to which they replied yes we can get him in for his third round of vaccines and we had to remind them that he missed his second round due to being sick. They looked it up and found that we were correct. After this, we decided we were going to adopt, due to fear the dog wasn’t going to get cared for. The puppy was doing great until he hit 6 months at which point he became aggressive towards kids, biting two, and our other dog in the home. We attempted to call them but got no response for several days, so we emailed them, which is the only way we have been able to communicate with them. We asked them about returning him to the facility, due to the contract we signed stating “Once an ITV dog always and ITV dog”, and they told us they would not be able to regime him due to aggression, but they would be happy to give us options for humane euthanasia. The dog is only 7 months old.

I've adopted a pet from here before. Today 7/26/23 I gave a pet up for adoption. It was a Beagle/Lab mix a boy. I filled out the necessary paperwork and gave up a 3-5 month old puppy. I'm disabled and unable to keep 2 dogs! They made it perfectly easy to same for adoptions! These are good people that care for these animals. A no kill shelter is the best place! To adopt or give up a pet!
