I always have great service and understand what to expect out of the battery and any warranty that comes with it. The techs there are very knowledgeable and friendly. I would advise everyone to get a quality battery from here.

Went to Interstate to get my batteries swapped out and the people in the store said both batteries were good. Come to find out both were bad and wouldn’t replace any of them. I did the proper procedure to charge a battery and they said I didn’t know what I was doing. I told them I had a battery tester and said it was a junk tester. They treated me very bad and I would never recommend this company to anyone ever again. Manager is worthless, doesn’t know anything about a battery or how to run a store.

Its seldom I come across a place like this. I am not sure of the guys name who took care of me but i cant say enough good things about him. He was so helpful on the phone and when I arrived. I highly recommend this place.

I would come here before going to any auto store for your battery needs. These guys are courteous and respectful with you and your vehicle. Their customer service is unprecedented as compared to what else is out there. I highly recommend doing your business here. There is nowhere else that compares in the Evansville area.

I purchased a car battery from here over a year ago. This morning my car wouldn't start. After I jumped it, I drove over to Interstate to see of there was a warrantee or anything. Tommy tested the battery and determined it needed to be replaced. He had the new battery installed about 5 minutes later, best yet, there was no cost to me. I'll definitely be buying my batteries from here in the future, they really stand behind their products.

I purchased a replacement battery in January 2015, had an issue with it, drove up, Kale the GM tested it, and immediately replaced it at no charge. They've always taken care of me without hesitation.
