“My name is Terry Koressel. As most of you know, good service today can be hard to find. I want to let you folks know that I recently experienced not good but outstanding service with our State Farm insurance agent. My dealings were with the Pam Lentz Insurance Agency Inc. My situation took several days to resolve and Patty was the young women who guided me through it. Patty treated me with kindness, understanding, patience, and respect throughout the process. I found her to be a true professional; a rarity today at least in my experience. There is no doubt in my mind that I was treated in the same manner that every client of State Farm Pam Lentz Insurance Agency is treated. I am 69 years old and do not believe I’ve ever written a review before but in this instance I felt compelled to do so. Just wanted to let you folks out there know that great service does exist, you just have to know where to look. Thanks , Patty

“Amazing! Amazing! Felicia and Pat are absolutely wonderful to work with! They work WITH you and help you in any way they can. They ANSWER the phone when you call (I don't think I've ever gotten the answering machine!) They answer emails almost immediately. If they do not know the answer, they will dig and dig to find it. Pat knows who I am when I call and that means a lot. I do not have to explain and explain my story repeatedly to someone new and different each time. She just knows me.
