Tried all day and no one answers the phone. Its not tax season and i have been trying all day sense 10am. Its now 2pm, left a message but that did no good. Very BAD service.

Charlotte was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions without judgement or making us feel like we were dumb. Also took our son crying and screaming in stride and didn't complain or anything.(He's 14 months old and was getting done being there by the time we were finished lol)

Did 2021 taxes at the covert location & everything was fine until now. It’s 2023 and my fiancé and I are in the process to buy a house. We were just informed by our mortgage agent that one of the w2s from my fiancés package was not filed. Kenya was the one who filed the taxes for us that year. The w2 that was not filed was stapled to the packet she gave to us afterwards. This could stop us from closing on this house and make us lose this house all together. We will never use this company again.
