I was sold a new washing machine with warranty. It had a bad bearing 18 months later, under warranty. They refuse to fix the machine instead they want to buy it back for less than half what we paid for it. Terrible terrible warranty service!

This is the third time we have used this Appliance Factory. We have purchased a refrigerator, gas stove, and now an upright freezer. Each time the sales person in the store was knowledgable and efficient. They deliver exactly when they say they will and the delivery people are great!
Will use again!

I really like the store, products available and pricing. We have purchased a mattress, stove microwave and dishwasher here and all have very good and the sales staff excellent. My reason for only 4 stars was delivery. They were an hour late for a 3 hour window with no update on timing. They did message when they were on their way. Set up took 2 hours, which would normally be fine, but they didn’t get there until 7pm. Not cool.
