Horrible experience. First car broke down they told us to bring them the car , hard to do when it’s broke down, finally got it to them , they gave us a replacement , that car has had to be jump started 5 times in 1 day , have been on hold with breakdown for over an hour

Allowed me to reserve a vehicle and then denied me when I got there to pick up my vehicle ? Then they couldn't even print out the Equifax report as to why I couldn't rent from them!! There was some random guy hanging out in the lobby that apparently was supposed to have something to do with the vehicles, and everyone was just dressed like they were at home!!

I rented a car over the the 4th of July holiday and set it up for when I returned it to transfer the payment for the actual rental car to another card for payment which they never made a note of in my account. So when I returned it on a Sunday and dropped the keys off on Monday they processed it on the card I asked them not to.
So I went in on Monday to pay they gave me a number to call and said they would fix it. So after calling that number and being on hold for HOURS they said they couldn’t change it. So I called the Evansville office and told them what happened they put me on hold to see what they could do then ended up hanging up on me and never called me back. Absolutely horrible customer service I doubt that I will ever go back there. They should at least offer a discount voucher for there error for the next time I want to rent a car from them if I ever do.

Absolutely the worst check in experience I've ever encountered at a rental car agency. If you enjoy rude, impersonal, and apathetic service, then this agency is for you.

Several times I have tried to rent from this location and tried to give them the benefit of the doubt yet again days before I’m supposed to leave I get a call saying they don’t have the vehicle I need. Would not recommend going here save yourself the trouble and headache. They won’t have your vehicle.

The 3 stars are for the employees. The service was nice and prompt and they went above and beyond. The other missing two stars are for the embarrassment of a vehicle I got. I usually rent National but got Presidents circle status in Hertz and giving them a try. The car I received should not be a rentable car. It was dented, it was dirty, it had stains and it's an overall embarrassment. It also made noises every time you drove above 60mph. I am not one to complain but I needed the car for additional days, and went with National at the airport which was a huge upgrade.

Absolutely the worst rental car service and experience yet. Reserved a car weeks ahead online and prepaid. Went to pick up the car and the needed my form of payment. I had already paid but they now needed another $200 deposit with the same card I paid online with. My credit card was hacked this week and had to be canceled so I had been issued another card from the bank. They said I couldn’t get a car unless I have the same card. So I had to call their customer service from my cell phone while I stood in their own building to get a refund and then repay for the car and the additional $200 deposit. Then they proceed to tell me my husband has to come get added to the car to drive it and that I would also need to be there. So we made arrangements to leave work just for them to tell us that was the wrong information and spouses drive free with no additional information needed. AWFUL AWFUL DO JOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION!

Reserved a car online, put my husband as the driver, reserved it with my credit card. He went to pick up car, with my credit card in hand (I was stuck at work in a different city) refused to give him the car because I paid for it, even with me on the phone with them. Refused to take his debit card as payment, or take his credit card info over the phone from me. Would not help us in any way. Ruined our entire trip, as he left with no rental car. Worst service we’ve ever encountered. Zero stars

The customer service isn't the best and the orientation of management is to add additional fees without consent and knowledge of renter. Stay away and go with Enterprise or Avis .
