“They have a lot of what I need. They tend to run out of bunny stuff, and since I and a lot of other people bought bunnies from them, you'd think they would work harder to keep options in stock. They also tend to have too few registers open. However, it's fundamentally a fun store and I'll keep going there. They do have more options than Pet Smart.”
“Staff is friendly but very busy. Store had been rearranged which causes some confusion in finding things but overall it is organized. Parking lot is a little cramped especially if you need to get a larger item from the back area loading dock.”

“Stopped in to rent some discharge hose to use to fill my swimming pool. They didn't have fire hose with the fitting needed to fit the hydrant water meter that I had to get from waterworks. I had already shopped all over town for an adapter. No one had what I needed. The gentleman at General Rentals took a look at the meter and it's fittings. He smiled and said, I think that I can fix you up. He took the meter to their shop, put it in a huge vice and removed a couple of fittings from the end with a 4 foot long pipe wrench. He then went and got a different fitting from their stock and installed it. It works perfectly with discharge hose now. I said how much? No charge! He then told me that if I waited until 4pm to pick up the hose, I could have it sat evening until Monday at noon for 1days rental instead of 2 days. Service was Outstanding!!!! And, they rent things that I didn't know you could rent. Locally owned by 2nd. Generation family. Great place to rent from!!!!!!!!!!!!”
