“Great hardware store. Very friendly and helpful staff. They have a good selection of pretty much anything you need. There even had a few off the wall things I've needed, and my personal favorite they have long handled scoop shovels! Grills, grilling accessories, power tools, a good milwaukee section, good size paint section. Without the crowds from going to town”
“Bought one of the EGO electric mowers only to get it home and find out the battery won't charge. Manuals lean towards sending it back, (which is at least a Saturday morning just trying to mail a 20 pound LiPo battery back to the manufacturer) so I thought I'd at least try returning the battery and charger to the store. My man Will came thru with a replacement charger and I was fully charged and mowing in no time. Thanks again Will!”
“Matt has been great help to me I purchased a Scag from a dealer in Hopkinsville ky and the motor had a blew up with 120 hours on it and the dealer I had bought it from had it 6 weeks cost me a lot of clients and as soon as I talk with Matt he had me a new mower down here in a week this place’s customer service is the best I have ever had wish they was closer to me Scag dealer here is GARBAGE THANKA AGIAN MATT you are Awsome and Midwest Eqipment”

“We went in to find a fuse I blew while cooking dinner. We got to the area, and I asked an employee, and he called on his walkie to other employees. Five seconds later, 3 more employees showed up and found what I needed. We were in the store for 7 minutes tops. The help they gave my kids and I got us back to the house and eating dinner faster than I expected!”

“I like the selection of home depot 1000x better than Lowes. Lowes is a joke compared to home depot. But the employees at home depot made me feel like they were following me as a suspected theif. But honestly I probably did look suspicious because of how I was just causally browsing going back and forth between a few sections for a long time. I can shop in the tool department for an hour easy even though my plans were to get a single item and leave. They eventually realized that I wasnt a shop lifter after talking with me for awhile. They weren't mean at all and did their job well.
4 stars only because I think someone the items are marked up compared to various online sellers. I came in for just the $60 air ratchet..”

Sales employee I asked if the sold B&D weedeater? I had looked but didn't see any she told me they use to have them in the store. She said they could order one in and have it shipped to my home. I asked if I could still use my Lowe's card, and she said yes. We walked over to the customer service desk, with a smile on her face. She took care of the order, plus she offered to check out the other items in my cart. It was a pleasure to be greeted with such great customer service. It was a very positive shopping experience.”
“My husband and I are preparing to do a kitchen remodel. We were indecisive on cabinet placement and design. We met with "Beth" in cabinetry and she explored options with us. She used the Home Depot computer program to draw the design so we could see what the project would look like. She walked through the complete process with us, cabinets, counter top, backslash and flooring. She has a great eye for design and was also very patient with us. It was a great experience and I will highly recommend her assistance if the occasion arises.”

“Stopped in to rent some discharge hose to use to fill my swimming pool. They didn't have fire hose with the fitting needed to fit the hydrant water meter that I had to get from waterworks. I had already shopped all over town for an adapter. No one had what I needed. The gentleman at General Rentals took a look at the meter and it's fittings. He smiled and said, I think that I can fix you up. He took the meter to their shop, put it in a huge vice and removed a couple of fittings from the end with a 4 foot long pipe wrench. He then went and got a different fitting from their stock and installed it. It works perfectly with discharge hose now. I said how much? No charge! He then told me that if I waited until 4pm to pick up the hose, I could have it sat evening until Monday at noon for 1days rental instead of 2 days. Service was Outstanding!!!! And, they rent things that I didn't know you could rent. Locally owned by 2nd. Generation family. Great place to rent from!!!!!!!!!!!!”
