Always find something at a good price when you are here! The one thing that they changed that isnt good is they took away the changing rooms to try on clothes its only a 30 day exchange and not living here Im not back there sometimes in the 30 day window.

Sometimes you can find good deals there, but they have the most obnoxious checkout experience of any retailer I’ve ever been to. They ask you if you want to sign up for rewards and when you politely decline they urge you again and again. I had a cashier today get very dramatic and tell me it would really help her out. It felt harassing as it often does.There’s also usually not enough checkers so the line is often long. It’s getting to where it’s just not worth it to shop there.

They claim to have a big & tall, men's section, but no. They are remodeling and have very little clothing. It has become a place for useless decor and other tacky items.

It's extremely frustrating when their fitting rooms are consistently shut down. Weekends are busy days, and they are severely losing out on profit closing them on the busiest days. This has happened on multiple occasions trying to shop here. I, unfortunately, will no longer be attempting to shop here. It's a shame because they have affordable clothes.
The last time I called and inquired about the next time the fitting room would be open, I was lectured about customers leaving them a mess. While I understand how frustrating that is (I worked for years in retail), it is extremely unprofessional to lecture a customer and to assume they are contributing to the mess. I hope they are able to get more staffing to be able to keep this store open.

If you're lucky enough to find nice pieces the clothes are very reasonably priced. Going through everything is the tedious part. Nothing is really where it should be! It's like shopping in a thrift store. I prefer to shop where there's a bit more organization.

They need to train their cashiers and cross-train others to run the cash register. My family and I went in and got a couple of pairs of shoes. We waited in line for 40 minutes while one cashier was yapping away, and couldn't count change. The other cashier was interrupted by the one who couldn't count change to fix her mistakes.
Easily, there were 50 people in line. The third staff member was cleaning up and pulling trash, even though they could have used her as a cashier. It was two hours before closing. Yes, the place should be clean, but have all hands on deck, get people out faster, and focus on customer service first.
The deals are good, but at what cost? If you have all day to wait in line, go ahead. If not, spend a few more bucks elsewhere and move on.
