Took my daughter’s car there and purchased the top wash package. After going through we had to wash it somewhere else due to the vehicle being covered soapy water. . My wife to her vehicle to see if there was any improvement and there was not.

Had the worst manager I've ever met in my life not to mention when you go to buy a pair of shoes there they come dirty very upset with the service there is a guy named cam that says he is the manager he was telling people to not come back and shop inside the store and gave me some of the worst customer service I've been delivered

I just signed up last week; the gentleman who helped me is absolutely the kindest and most conscientious employee I have had help me. Today, I go through for my second wash and he is there! Again, helpful, kind, smile on his face; and absolutely the best at customer service. I WILL find out his name and compliment him by name. This is a great place!

We were the only customers in the store. 3 employees stocking, nobody selling. Stood there about 5 minutes before I could get help. On down to the next store.

I went to call about Nike Blazer Mid 77 Men shoes today. Someone literally picked up the phone and hung up without saying a word. Not a hello, I'm with a customer could you please hold, nothing. So, I took my business elsewhere. Maybe next time you will answer the phone.
