It is a good plumbing place if you are a plumber and if you are not the customer service is great cause they will definitely help you find what you are looking for and then some. If they don't have it they will direct you to someone that does have it.

My wife and I recently purchased a new oven and the buying process was great. I would expect nothing less than to have the part of the transaction where we give them our money to go smoothly. However, the installation and hauling off of our old oven left a lot to be desired. They contract another company to handle the installation and hauling off of the old appliance and we are still waiting on them to get back with us. I hope they are saving money by using a third party because it certainly doesn’t help their customer service. In the meantime, we have been without an oven for nearly a week.

Superior knowledge about their product. See Doug. They simply didn’t have what we needed which was a 48” stove for our kitchen renovation.I highly recommend you give them a try.

First time Ive been to FergusonBefore I went I was able to find what I wanted online from the Company. Took me less than 10 minutes and I just couldn't get a price.)Stopped in Ferguson to get a price quote. At the time I stopped all sales associates have left for the day.I talked to Dena at the front desk she tried locating the item I needed but wasn't familiar enough to locate the item and didn't want to give me a quote that wasn't right.We decided to leave it Monday night with the sales team to follow up next day.Next day at 4pm no call, no text nothing from sales.I called and was told sales team would get to me before the weekend(it's Tuesday).I did receive a call back shortly after with a quote on price so that was nice.If your not in a hurry and looking local seems like a good place to shop.The showroom was nice as well as all the employees I talked to.There best price was higher then any of other estimates I received.This wouldn't be a deal breaker but first impressions are everything at a business perspective.

We love Ferguson! We just did a bathroom remodel and while it wasn't a huge sale, Ebron treated as if we were doing a whole house with her! She's awesome and knows the products, from lighting to toilets, very well!The guys at the parts store are great too.....they're super helpful and friendly and don't treat women any differently than the men in a male dominated industry!

Great. After 7 stores Ferguson was the only place I found 12" black pipe. The fella at the counter was very friendly and helpful. Not condescending one bit. Yay

Was in there Saturday. Only customer there. Two sales people were there. Neither one said anything to me, never offered to help and sat on their phones the whole time I was there. Walked out the door and still nothing! Won't be back. Don't know how you stay in business with customer service like that
