Amazing! Amazing! Felicia and Pat are absolutely wonderful to work with! They work WITH you and help you in any way they can. They ANSWER the phone when you call (I don't think I've ever gotten the answering machine!) They answer emails almost immediately. If they do not know the answer, they will dig and dig to find it. Pat knows who I am when I call and that means a lot. I do not have to explain and explain my story repeatedly to someone new and different each time. She just knows me. After all of the years (and moves), they have been there for us. We appreciate them so much. I can not give this agency enough stars! 5 plus!

They say because I'm 25 years old I'm a high risk driver and they can't give me insurance. My first time hearing that I will never use this insurance lol well can't use it anyways so I would definitely let my friends know not to come here

Been with Felicia and Pat for years two great people to have on our team. Always nice and courteous. Highly recommend this agent to anyone. Great atmosphere whenever I come to the office. BEST agent around hands down.
