Horrible drivers not to mention my package has been traveling from coast to coast they are playing hot potatoe with it, suppose to be out for delivery today along with another package, got one of the packages but the one that’s been in transit for 23 days that driver left it on his truck! Horrible company! Avoid them at all cost! Go with ups they are way more dependable!

order was delivered to wrong address. they have picture of package on wrong porch and are saying it was delivered.customer service is no help at all

Package stated delivered and was not. Was outside when received text confirming delivery and no such package or fedex delivery truck were in sight. Customer service gives the run around when trying to resolve the issue or find package.

Keeps cutting ruts in the yard. Has happened several times. No training with these idiots.

Multiple problems with this FedEx Ground location, not delivering my packages saying they made delivery attempts. No door tags were left and then returning my packages to the shippers. I don’t know who they got working as delivery drivers but they need to start hiring smarter people.

I rented a Post Office box specifically because this particular Post Office accepts carrier packages. Fedex refuses to deliver even though the Post office will accept packages. My last package has been lost for three days because the delivery driver was too lazy to walk inside the Post office to find out they can deliver there.

The delivery driver out of Evansville, IN. JEREMY SCHOULTZ should be fired!!! He not only doesn’t care about delivering to the correct address, but will go out of his way to delay a package intentionally.

Your package sitting at the same delivery hub for more than a week, weather issues or not, is not a good delivery service. My package has not left the semi-trailer it arrived on for over a week now, and there is not answer or plan on when they will actually attempt to deliver the package. Only being told there is an extreme back log and they are doing their best to get to your package.

Worst shipping company ever!!! Can never deliver packages on time, loses packages in mid transit. Do better with updating the tracking.

Ordered tires, showed all 4 showed up at the same time at fedex... I have only received 2, 2 days ago... says they were supposed to be delivered today by 8pm, it is after 9pm , still no tires and no updates on ETA... it baffles me how they all show up at the same time but don't make it on the same truck to be delivered. DO BETTER!!! this is ridiculous

Like most reviews on here have mentioned, this is the worst delivery company I’ve ever used. The driver launched a package at my dog because she was barking at her (she has an invisible fence and cannot get to our front yard, I have mentioned this to the driver before), then proceeded to cuss me out in front of my 2 young children. I have the whole incident recorded on security cameras. I reported her and was told it would be handled but since then I have had 3 delivery “attempts” - all of which I was watching out the window and the driver doesn’t even get out of the vehicle or try to deliver the package, they just take a photo of my house from the road and note that “nobody was available”. I even put my dogs in their kennels on those days so they couldn’t blame them. I saw another review on here mention that if you file a report they mistreat you on future deliveries, this makes sense now. Very shameful behavior on FedEx
