Never had much luck with good service from fedex but, the way their drivers treat ppl on the road, is enough for me to not use their services. They drive like jerks, riding ppls bumpers, cutting them off, speeding, etc. And their trucks lack regular maintenance. Idk how many I’ve been behind missing mufflers and choking me out. Maybe it’s better in other cities, but in Evansville… all the drivers seem AWFUL

3rd time in a row I've asked for them to deliver to my apt door NOT the outside door. What is the point of instructions?Oh...and this box was damaged.

Horrible customer service.They lost 100 books I had ordered and no one would talk to me. The automated system said my packages were in Evansville, IN and the Evansville FedEx Freight office said they didn't have them and didn't know where they were.I lost out on potentially $2400 worth of sales due to their apathy and incompetence.

Very disappointed about our delivery services. We order from Chewy very regularly. We got an order this past Saturday .Left it sitting on the ground.did not put on back porch like the label says for her to do so .this is not the first time we have had this issue happen. My Mother's neighbor has bought the boxes up for us because she leaves them in the yard .I know there is dolly's in the trucks for her to use. All she would have to do if our boxes are heavy wheel them up the sidewalk and put on back porch just like the LABEL SAYS .LIKE I HAVE SAID NOT THE FIRST ISSUE THAT THIS HAS HAPPENED. Our sidewalks are in good shape we have delivers from UPS WEEKLY AND THEY FOLLOW PROTOCOL NO DELIVERY PROBLEMS FROM THEM THEY DON'T LEAVE MY DELIVERYS LYING AROUND IN THE YARD.

Fed Ex are liars .. we had a delivery scheduled for today that required a signature and instead of delivering it the driver LIED and marked it as attempted without EVER being here. Called and spoke to a supervisor named Chris who had more excuses than help and stated even though the scan said WE MADE A DELIVERY ATTEMPT, that this was not an actual attempt but means the delivery was never out for delivery even though it showed it was this morning. He was zero help, unapologetic, and clearly should not be a supervisor. Fed Ex as a whole as gone down hill and its ashame. If Im ever given the option to choose a different carrier, I will definitely choose anyone else but them.

Anytime I have an order coming FedEx it gets stuck in Southaven MS. I do not like FedEx, their drivers will return packages and say wrong address or can't be found because they don't want to search for an apartment. Then when I leave apt # off and just put address to office, they complain there's no apartment number. Can't win.

Missed pick-ups for the past 6-7 straight days. We're looing at our other options. We had some bad weather 2 days last week but it was 60 yesterday and 50 today and no show.

I'm beginning to think FedEx has stolen $700 worth of PC parts from me. They say they have attempted to deliver my packages for the past 4 days but nobody has knocked on my door besides USPS and UPS. I literally sit in my livingroom waiting on a knock only to find on their tracking page that they have attempted delivery but nobody was home. I have called numerous times and nothing is getting done! It's sad that I have to sit and wait around a package delivery for 4 days and counting. Not to mention the damage that has been done to previous packages when they DID arrive.

Their Driver's are VERY RUDE and they when they pass you they just about take the front end of your vehicle OFF when they go to get back in front of you. They DON'T USE TURN SIGNALS THEY THINK THEY OWN THE ROAD. THIS IS NOT JUST 1 DRIVER IT'S 99.9% OF THE DRIVERS. From this point on I WILL START CALLING HWY STATE PATROL AND REPORT THEM. THEY COULD HURT SOMEONE BADLY
