She was very helpful with a couple small tires I had to return and was having trouble getting the label to stay on the tire. She was very nice and kind and made the process super easy

We went in and got in a line of one person ahead of us trying to return a printer he bought from there only to be told it's not happening after 14 days which was the first 'off ' thing that occurred. Then we watched 2 people walk right past us in line and go to the other side of the counter by the printers and get serviced before us, by the other person behind the counter, then the guy servicing the line left after servicing the printer return guy, and go service two other little at the cash register line, and then the other worker started to service the second line cut person, so we got left standing whole they waited on everyone but us. Horrible service.
