This place is inside a Walgreens. It is easy to get in and out of the parking lot, even with lots of traffic. I'm not sure if they always scan things in right away, so you may see a delay on tracking your packages from the FedEx tracking website, but the employees here were very nice. I have no major complaints overall.

Customer service is terrible. Cant speak to human. Delivery driver didn't bother to wait for my response after hitting doorbell. By the time i got to the door, driver was gone with my package. Wont deliver again bc my package sender only paid for one attempt. IT WAS DUE THURSDAY DIDN'T ARRIVE UNTIL FRIDAY WITH NO WARNINGS. So, now i cant work bc FEDEX HAS MY PACKAGE AND WON'T TELL WHERE IT IS AND I CANT TALK TO A HUMAN. BC THE DRIVER DIDN'T DO THEIR JOB, WONT BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE AND I STILL DONT HAVE MY PACKAGE THAT I NEED TO WORK TO PAY BILLS. SO WONT USE FEDEX. TERRIBLE TRY TO AVOID USING FEDEX IF POSSIBLE. This was where i sent my package from. TERRIBLE. WONT BE BACK.

They advertise easy returns on fedex website. They do not do them at this location.
