Went in to get a car they was having trouble finding a bank to finance me but then found one. But wad giving me run around for 4 days about a vehicle and then was trying to tell me that they had one but didn't meet what I needed and kept saying they had to find another bank to finance me and that there might be a car in mt.vernon I left that day and didn't hear anything from them for 3 weeks after I done tried contacting them and went ahead an got vehicle from some where else. One person was helpful an didn't waste my time there everyone else either talked/acted like they was better them me an acted like they really didn't want to make a sell. Over all worst experience I ever had trying to buy a vehicle.

Scheduled service using the dealership website and was told.upon arriving that it doesn't communicate with the service department. Also on dealership website it also scheduled me to have a loaner vehicle. The service department did not honor that. I live an hour away and this was a huge inconvenience. The service tech was really friendly and helpful and kept me up to date on every step.

I brought 2014 dodge journey from expressway dodge it broke down two blocks from expressway dodge .expressway dodge gave me loaner while working on dodge . I never got communicate with about situation finally I was told it was head gasket I got turn in loaner on Saturday that had for almost two months to pickup 2014 dodge journey it broke down on me not even 5 blocks away from expressway dodge a second time I ha to wait for wrecker I towed it back to expressway dodge shop .then I had wait over hour or more brother to come 75 miles pick me up I waited on the bench in front of expressway dodge . I called general manager Ed several times and left several massage that he received but he didn't respond till like the 12 th time and he was been discriminated against me by ignoring me for several times I called and choice when call me back . General manager Ed never once asked how I made home or even cared about my well being and he knew by notes left by front desk lady he gad nerve to tell me keep level head when I not only broke down once but twice . Then general manager Ed pushing me off on salesman manager who harasses me from very being and never once asked how I was after break down twice. Then I tell him I deal with ptsd depression and anxiety from time in service and I don't need this stress and throws in he was in Vietnam doesn't even have nothing do with my situation and I told him off I'm sorry but not giving two cents about my well being and I told him I not paying for car won't run and he throws in my face that I sign as is not caring about my well being and all he cares about is push that car that keeps breaking down on me not trying to do right Christian thing and say since car giving you trouble here's your money back no going to say going fix it again and when get it back it's ur problem knowing it will break down again cause it done twice and still not going resolve problem just going stick it to me . Then salesman manager going asked if need loaner when I'm like 70 miles or more from expressway dodge not even concern about wrecker bill or gas money I had pay and how the he'll am I going get loaner been 70 plus miles away expressway dodge should do right thing pay off car and take it back and save them money and me money in long run cause it is a junky car and they know it also salesman manager of expressway dodge says he didn't careif filed out a better business bureau report indiana attorney general report or dodge manufacturing report cause it didn't matter at all and who cares that a slap in face not only me but people who stand by customers who are treated unfairly
