Went in because we were told they are the best to work with bad credit or no credit. They advised needed a co-signer came back with one. A car that was listed at 18,790 all of a sudden shot up to $30,000 just by adding gap insurance and such. But if you bring back $1500-$2000 can get you in something newer and cheaper. Doesn’t make any sense.

Recently went in after hitting a deer and totaling out our Terrain. The employees here (or at least the ones We dealt with) are very down the earth, not pushy, very informative and they got us into a vehicle that we are very happy with even though I went in with no hopes of getting a vehicle I'd want. Our credit is not the best due to past divorces (and lets be real, also due to the fact we, as many other people, simply aren't the best or most mature at handling money) yet they got us into a 2023 vehicle. I do highly recommend them and they are now the family go to place when buying a new vehicle.

My wife and I recently purchased a 2015 Chevy Malibu from you and we could not be happier with It! Rohi and Ken went above and beyond to help us bring home this beautiful car. On the day of purchase we was told we would need to bring It back for a touch up paint/detail since they had literally just had this vehicle maybe a day before we got It. When we picked It up after the touch up/detail It looked amazing and we are so happy with the service you guys provided and just so friendly! Thank you again!

Don't ever waste my time again. Handing me a $5 Target gift card. When the 4 prizes were $3000, $1500, $500, and a $500 Walmart gift card. THE TICKET SAID QUOTE, "IF YOU GET MATCHING SYMBOLS YOU WIN ONE OF THESE 4 PRIZES." No wonder you guys gotta stoop so low. False advertising giveaways and sending mail to people's home to try and put them in a hole with one of your outrageously priced vehicles.#GETBETTER

I bought a new van from credit connection and with in a few days the alternator went out I went to Mike and with in a few minutes was told to take it next door to get it fixed. They took it in right away and fixed it no problems or hassles. And didn't charge me anything. I would highly recommend this place . The best customer service experience ever. Thanks to Mike and everyone for making my day and standing behind what they sell

I had gotten a paper in the mail saying I had won a prize I call and the man on the phone tells me I have won one of the big prizes I was excited ☺️ got up there and tell them I'm not looking at a car today and they hand me a $5 gift card ?

I have purchased a few vehicles from Expressway and they were very courteous and professional before the purchasing of this vehicle. Everything was fine until I agreed to purchase car with a cracked windshield and salesman promised to have it repaired immediately, 6 months and 20 phone calls later plus messages left for him and the manager with no return calls from either, I was informed the salesman no longer worked there prior to me talking to him and waiting for an appointment to bring the car in 2-weeks prior to that. Finally I talked with the manager there after staff in the other building put me through to him and he was very rude with a bad attitude and told me “I waited to long to get windshield repaired, it was not his problem and to F-ing bad”. I had to find someone else in management to assist with getting the windshield repaired and even he wasn’t too sure about replacing it after I informed him I had a windshield credit on my account for the repair. The windshield did get repaired by them the next week, I will not be doing business there again…

I made an appointment and they stood me up. I told him I didn’t appreciate my time being wasted, and their response was basically go get a car from somebody else.I’ve never been treated that way by a salesman in my life. They made me feel like they would be doing me a favor by selling me a car. Don Moore over in Henderson has been very polite and professional. I think I’ll deal with them and recommend you all do the same.
