We bought a shower, shower door and plumbing by Delta which was grab bar. So we spent money with this company. We had already bought the shower head and water controls on line ahead of time so plumbers could install. The grab bar finish started to change color and finally cracked. Call the company and they said fine we will get it ordered, so my husband went into pick it up and the company said he would have to pay for it, remember life time warranty. The company said they had to have their money back first before us the customer, wow. They finally did credit the money back. The second bar started to do the same thing. This time I call Delta myself, sure no problem. No money up front. The other two Delta products in the shower are not having any problems, strange.

Stopped in 12-28-20 at around 430pm and upon first arrival there was 1 sales associate and 2 customers in front of me.I wasn't in a hurry so I decided to wait my turn.I talked with Jeff and I told him what I was looking for we discussed standard heights vs custom and different glass options.He was able to give me a quote on 4 different options and I was going to double check my measurements before ordering and to make sure it's what we wanted.Tuesday 12-29-20 I called Jeff to orderAnd he wasn't available at the time I called and I was told for certain he would call me back before end of day.Around 20 minutes later Jeff called and product is ordered!Will follow up once my item arrives.
