They missed a very obvious oil leak during an inspection. Before they inspection of a new car I specifically asked for them to remove they underside plastics and check for leaks. After they were done they said it looked like the last oil change was messy. So they obviously noticed oil on they underside and didn’t investigate. About 2 days later I noticed they underside was wet and removed the the plastic and found that the oil filter was loose the whole time. An obvious and easy fix that left me driving with low oil for days. This could have turned into something more serious. I called the company and they passed it off and said the owner will call me back but never did.

I'd like to see more cashiers working instead instead of me having to pack my own stuff and in ring mode stuff if I was getting 20 or 30% off for doing somebody's job I wouldn't mind it
