“Our refrigerator died. We went to several other stores. We stopped at Kings thinking that their prices would be much higher. We were greeted by a salesman who took directly to what we were looking for. Kings prices were right in line with the other store. The salesman didn’t try to pressure us into an up sale. The girl that did the paperwork for the sale was very pleasant and sweet. Delivery was first thing the next morning. Delivery guys handled everything pleasantly and professionally. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the entire experience. Kings has won a customer here. Keep up the good work, and we will be back.”

“I was in on Saturday evening 4-20-25 about 6:15. I went in to get a new PS5 and a few used games. Left with a 2 year warranty and the account that gives you the discount for used product. The gentleman that helped me was very helpful. He explained everything that I would need and went over everything I needed to know. Offered up addition game choices. It was an A+. Visit. I wish more people would leave good reviews. Good customer service is very rare nowadays.”
