I go to Wal mart not to much because it is hard for me to go into places by myself. I went this weekend just because my mom was with me and I was not planning on buying anything especially because I did not think that I needed anything. Then I end up in a isle that had just what I was looking for and did not know it. I forgot I owed my friend a corn bread mix and maybe something to have some fried port chops with. Everything I had to barrow out of their cabinets and forgot to pay them back. Thanks Walmart for reminding me what I owed some people.

First of all 3 stars are because it's cleaner than the east side walmart and a little nicer but for common sense and customer service 1 star. I go there to pick up an item put the item in my cart scan the item and there's a 100.00 difference. I processed to look at the product online and said sold and shipped by Walmart. Knowing from prior experience that was good for a price match. I proceeded to checkout and was told they do not price match there own products during the holidays. So I ask for a general manager and was forwarded to a lead. Of course she said same thing BUT said I would have to order it online and pick up there to get the price which had me scratching my head so right infront of her I processed to order but behold there is NONE in stock but there's 1 right in my cart. I show her and she shrugs and throws her hands up in the air. I asked again to speak with a general manager and was handed of to a different lead. I calmly explained everything and show him the website which had him scratching his head. He then adds it to his inventory and we both tried to add to my cart nothing OUT OF STOCK. I asked him WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ME ORDERING ONLINE AND PICKING IT UP THAN YOU JUST CHANGING THE PRICE which is sold and shipped by there store? He bumble around and couldn't answer it but said if it was something like 20 dollar difference he could do it but not 100 dollar difference. Which throws out the question how could you do that if you just specifically just stated that during the holiday you don't price match. He then looked with a dumbfounded look. Eventually I was able to place an order at a different walmart 45min away out of the city for pickup. If this is a real policy it's the most MORONIC policy ever.

so they keep someone waiting for 20 minutes to get a bottle of body spray out of a glass case then tell you they have to escort you to the checkout with it. really Wal mart. thanks for treating your customers like trash and criminals. keep your body spray!!!

I am not happy. I went in there to get an oil change. Come to find out, how they didn't change my oil! All they did was clear the code and slapped a sticker on my window. I called 12 times and nobody answered as if the phones were broken. I didn't even get a refund!! And I've got to go somewhere else and get it actually changed. I would NOT recommend getting an oil change done there or anything. Chances are, they won't actually do it and charge you out of the a** for stuff they did not replace

I have talked to the head of the department, but have never seen the store manager, I have asked the guy that wears the yellow vest over and over again about the "GREAT VALUE ROOTBEER 12 PACK CANS" I like that Rootbeer and it's never on the shelf, so I do the same thing I always do and ask a worker in that department if they have any in the back?, they will pull out there phone and look up something and tell me the same thing they always tell me and say we show eleven in stock and then say I'll check the back and then come back five minutes later and say what they always do, "WE DON'T HAVE ANY IN THE BACK, SORRY" A good management system needs to be put in place at that store !!!!

I understand that West side Walmart is renovating, but they have horribly rude employees that block the aisles and step right in front of you, wanting to get in your way. I was there an hour ago doing my weekly shopping and was bumped into a couple of times and nearly knocked over by an employee who wasn't watching what she was doing. I hurried out of there as fast as I could. This seems to be a growing problem with the store. More and more employees crowding the aisles every time I go there. Very poor management.

Disgusting Walmart would be an understatement. This is hands down the nastiest Wally World I have ever stepped foot in. First of all, at least 7 aisles had what appeared to be old dirt everywhere on them, of course all in the food area of the store. But what really gives this 'store' what should be a less than 1 star rating is their costumer service. Absolutely pitiful excuse for employees work here, nobody is helpful (sorry you work at a Walmart on the west side of Evansville and your life sucks) nobody knows clearly how to execute their job. To top of the nasty store and repulsive customer service, every employee makes you feel like you're stealing something. They intently watch you scan each item in self check and EVEN have the audacity to have someone at the door to DOUBLE check your receipt AND even scan a case of water to "just to be sure." I have been to hundreds of Walmart's across this country and I can honestly say I HAVE NEVER had such a terrible experience in a store. Now I know Evansville isn't a place of any type of wealth, but really? Not a single other Walmart I've ever been too has even come close to this..Is it that bad that you have to double check water and act as if I would even want to try and steal something. They make you feel like you're a thief. This WallyWorld deserves nothing but you to pass it right by. The Schnucks grocer a couple doors down is Spotless and even on their worst day you will get 1000000x better service than at this scum of a Walmart.
