Hard to find HONEST sales people now days. We met Tim a couple of months ago. I bought the 1999 Chevy P30 step side. I waited to put my public review on here to make sure everything was indeed good with the vehicle choice I purchased. Tim is a great business owner and salesman. He is honest and does not stay on top of you while you are on his lot. He answers all questions you may have and gives you the time that you want to look around, test drive, speak with him, he even called his mechanic shop to come talk with us. Tim worked with us to get a Transit Van for my wife to use as a grooming van and our financing had us jump through lots of specific hoops and he handled them with ease like a champ.
Great communication and top notch customer service. Sorry for late review guys, van news is now out of the bag so we can talk about it. And the van is absolutely fantastic, everything we had hoped. Highly recommend.

We were so very pleased with the customer service at e Auto trade Tim the guy in charge is absolutely amazing and professional he helped us in every way and put us in the exact right vehicle George the other employee is also incredibly friendly and professional I would recommend these guys to anybody they will help you answer your questions and do anything to make your visit easier and better for you I can't sing their praises enough and I would recommend them to anyone

Bought a transit van here with a weird shift in the transmission. They told me it has been tested and everything was ok. Transmission failed soon after. $5500 transmission (part only) and the owner did give me $1000 towards it. Be aware buying used transits, take it to a reputable transmission shop and get it checked thoroughly before you buy it. All transits have trans issues. Never take the sellers word that it’s been “checked out and test driven.”

So I wanted a small get around town, in town hauling truck. We went EVERYWHERE!! Even extending our search out to Henderson. I wasn’t willing to buy new or pay big time dealer prices for a used truck that was bigger than I wanted. We ended up at the buy here pay here lots and let me tell you the stigma about these places are true. Dirty, over priced and rust buckets, one car lot had cars that were unlocked and windows Down. E Auto trade was the ONLY car lot of it kind that was clean, COMPLETELY honest and upfront. The prices weren’t ridiculous either. Tim was always kind and easy to contact. Ever heard the saying “A diamond in the ruff” well this place is. Make this your first stop if you’re in need for a used car. Trust me this place is 12 steps above any other place

Very good experience buying a truck from these guys. Drove from Tennessee to get the truck and took his word on what condition the truck was in. Truck was in excellent condition like he said. Great business!
