IF I COULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS I Would. First, they literally charge you for anything and everything. They charged me $100 cleaning fee when I moved out of my apartment and all that needed done was vacuuming. They also charged me a $300 renewal transfer fee when I was not properly notified making me move into a new apartment and paying ANOTHER $150 deposit on a new apartment. Right before the start of the semester too and all they sent was an email which was sent to my spam and never called or anything.Here’s where it gets worse. I move into my new apartment and there’s brown stains and filth all over the floor and smells like cat piss and they have yet to come clean it when I told them earlier this week. Worst of all when I was moving for the renewal transfer they got rid of half my belongings including dishware, large container of laundry pods, pillow, and laundry sheets as well as other items. They refused that they got rid of these and said all my items were placed back in my room even tho they weren’t and refused to reimburst me for items they got rid of or stole. I had to spend money out of my college funds to replace all these items.
DO NOT STAY HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE THEY ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY!!!!!! they’re taking every penny of the rest of my college funds and don’t give a crap at all!!!!

The staff is very young but they are willing to work with and cooperate to make things work out for you hear and that is what I love being a college student.

Very helpful with residents. A worker and the property manager went out of their to help me and my roommates through a complicated problem we had and everything worked out perfectly!

This place is unbelievable! I'm 18 and i was played like a fittle they lised to me avt my lease it says 2024 to 2025 and I ONLY AGREED to a 6 month lease !! so now I'm taking them to court so sad growing men can't do anythim wit put checking with there parents bc they r getting played right in front of them

The maintenance staff here is wonderful. James went above and beyond with my work orders. Very friendly and kind, super fast response and professional.
