Normally very nice when I visit but today I walked into the store at 9:59pm to grab two items and I said I am so sorry but I need to grab two items and was told by both clerks working “we’re actually closed” I replied “oh I thought you all closed at 10pm is it 10pm?” The older lady responded “yes it is” and I stated “Oh I thought I had a minute left” and walked out to get into my truck and the time on my cell as well as on my phone showed 9:59pm…When you work in customer service and it says you close at 10pm then the doors should not lock until 10pm and customers should continue to be allowed to enter until 10pm

The store clerk was extremely rude and condescending towards me on 01/03/2024. Will not shop there again.

They shouldn't get any stars I am so upset I walked in there and needed to return some light bulbs they weren't the right one yes I bought them in a different one. The nasty cashier was like you have to take it back to that one we can't return it like what I had my receipt. Should been no problem I reach out to the manager this is stupid I can't go a hour away again to return it

They are all about the same. Normally isles are not cleared. You pay for what you get. Depending on where you are some of the workers are nice and I been to a few that they were rude. I don't venture here very often.

This is probably the dirtiest DG in town floors are disgusting never moped or swept I have seen roaches more than once .. have had stale food snacks not realizing they where close to expiration date pop tarts sticking together..its just a nasty store. The red headed female worker is always mad and rude.

Overall experience was very good. Except that the one item I really went there to buy, they didn't have it. Other than that the clearance aisles are always a disaster and kind of overwhelming to look through plus anytime I have found an item I wanted in the clearance aisle, there's never a price posted or a price tag sticker with clearance price and I hate having to ask an employee to keep looking up prices so I just end up not buying any of it. But Diamond Ave store is not only store with clearance aisle issues. Every location I have been is same way. I understand being cluttered and unorganized because people shopping cause that mess but putting a price tag with the clearance price on those items would be very helpfu....l Sorry for such a long comment...

Product availability is low, looks very disorganized. Its closed at random times of the day. Its says it open but doors are locked at 5pm on a sunday with no reason why and its not the first time. Some employees are literally talking in their ear piece while checking customers out.
