Today, I went to Discount tire(Hirschland Rd} to have a new replacement tire put on. They got my van in quickly and did a good job. Afterwards, Marcus, the customer service rep., walked out with me to the van because I was confused as to whether my spare had been stowed back under the van or left inside of the van(after the mechanic had called me). It was under the van where it belonged, but the handle to the jack was on the floor up front. Marcus put it back in the compartment where it belonged for me. It was very difficult to get it back in, but he worked diligently at it in the 90 degree heat until he had it stowed correctly. He is a very kind and conscientious young man.

Discount tires robbed me. They said my new tires put on vehicle were under the weight requirement. Cost me $700 and they kept the tires just put on in November.

Went for 1 tire they sold me 4. They were trying to over sale but I will use them from now on because they have good prices and are very quick!

Came in to replace our tire. Was going to be over an hour wait. We had a wedding rehearsal to get to and they got it done within half an hour. Made it to the rehearsal with time to spare! Thanks!

On the whole, these guys are great, good service, low wait times. Good prices and their warranties are amazing. However, what I CANNOT recommend is their "free tire rotation service". Every time your tires come off your brakes should be checked. And we recently had to have an over $1,000 brake job because these guys didn't tell us it was time to replace the pads. If you want to buy tires here because you can get them rotated here for free, go somewhere else, because it can cost you way more than you save.

Went in January and got a new set of tires. The place was somewhat busy, but they got me in pretty quickly. The tech changing out the tires dropped one of the hubcaps and broke it. I believe it was a manager I spoke with that told me they’d cover the broken hubcap and would order replacements. I had some chipped ones already and even offered to purchase the other 3 so they could all be new. That’s been over 2 months and they’ve yet to honor that.
I would’ve rated 1* but the tires are fine, and no issues there. Just be cautious with careless techs and staff who tell you whatever you want to hear.
I’ve always liked this business and have recommended it to friends and coworkers.

Wonderful employees! It seemed very busy and I wanted my tires checked for low pressure. A young man greeted me as soon as I walked in checked tires and directed me to tire pressure check spot. Those 2 men were equally polite and respectful and addressed my concerns. I would recommend to anyone. Professional place as an older woman it was much appreciated!

We called 35 places and couldn’t find tires while on a cross country road trip. Discount tire saved the day by getting us through with the quickest tire change ever since they are so well staffed. Plus it’s next to a Culver’s so you can wait and eat! Thanks discount tire
