I've been buying my cologne here for 16 years. I really dont like walking through the Eastland mall anymore. It seems like it's gone down hill sooooo much since i was younger. But Dillard's isn't to bad.

If I could give zero stars I would! My son and his gf were at Dillards this evening. His gf was looking at the makeup section. The sales lady came up to them and explained how she was too young to be looking at makeup and said she only needed lip gloss. They continued to look at makeup and the sales lady was giving dirty looks. The sales lady came back to them again and brought up again how she doesn’t need makeup only lip gloss and tried to get them to go over to the lipgloss. My son was asking questions on the makeup and the sales lady got extremely irritable. She got in my son’s face and asked why he needed to know, if he planned on selling makeup. When he said no she said well men that wear makeup are confused. All of it not professional or appropriate. You don’t force your views onto others! If a teenager is interested in buying and wearing makeup that’s their business or the parents. Acting this way is how you lose customers and not make a sale. Don’t worry we won’t be back.

I like this store as not many high end stores in the area. They have brands you can't find anywhere else. I have family that has literally shopped for all generations! Scored these boots for Beyonce concert at Dillards. Only took off a star as shoe sales person stated they only had one size and their last one. After sharing how much they would have been perfect with my aunt she said to check online and they have them online in my size and they ship free so why did thr sales person not mention they could have looked up and ordered instead of saying is was "last pair"? So maybe train staff to assist customer and if not in store offer to check online stock. Duh.

I had amazing service when I went to buy a new suit in the menswear dept. Lamar was who assisted me. He was great at explaining how and why suits need to be fitted. I already knew what brand (HSM) and style I wanted.
Lamar not only took the measurements for the suit, but he went on to make sure everything was fitted well and was able to make sure it looked good on me as well.

My go to place for men’s suits and fine clothes. You can actually try the stuff on, not like Amazon. Plus they have a great selection, with almost always a great clearance sale going on. Additionally, they have a real seamstress with over 40 years of experience. She knows how to tailor a man’s suit very well. Miss Sun is a National Treasure!
