I would like to extend my sincere appreciation and admiration for Anna, an extraordinary employee at the pharmacy. I am truly impressed by her dedication and commitment to ensuring the punctual delivery of my medication. It has far exceeded any expectations I had. Previously, I spent a considerable amount of personal time tirelessly communicating with insurance and dealing with the inefficiencies of another pharmacy. However, Anna swiftly resolved the issue in a remarkably short time frame. I cannot stress enough the exceptional level of professionalism exhibited by the entire team at Midtown Pharmacy. I commend them for their outstanding work.

This place gave me medication that belonged to someone else. Completely wrong name. If that isn't a HIPPA violation I don't know what one is. The wait is usually not to long but make sure you check the name because they have messed this up before.
