System was down when I tried to buy a car, which is not their fault, but it created a lot of back and forth and hassle to purchase my car. The staff is friendly, but some of them seem to be very new or not know what they're talking about. At this point it has been a month and I still have not received a title. I've been told multiple times that they would send the title. Because of this, I now have late charges when I finally get the title registered. I was also given incorrect information by one of the salesmen regarding my loan. As of now, they have undoubtedly lost my future business.
Edit: After going back to dealer, they were able to set everything up properly and even refunded my late fees. Great response from them to get everything squared away.

The absolute most incompetent humans in the world. Purchased a new vehicle over a month ago and the paper work is still not completed. I live over an hr away and it’s taken two people multiple trips and it’s still not complete.

My sister and I came in today to buy a 2016 Chevy Traverse. We bought it outright with cash. Austin went out of his way to take great care of us, answered all our questions. If he's not in line for a raise or promotion, he should be.

WORST experience ever with this company. DO NOT use their Body Shop for any reason. My daughter took her car there for a supplement estimate. They kept it for several days. The insurance deemed it a total loss after receiving supplement estimate. Dpatrick would not release car back to my daughter until she paid $2200.00. They stated quote "we had started repairs"!!! They lied and and they inflated estimate. Dpatrick estimate was $15,000 dollars. I picked car up and took for second estimate from well respected body shop and it was $7600. Which meant the car could be repaired and will be repaired. My parents buy all their cars from Dpatrick and I service my fleet of ambulances there. No more will I have family or friends deal with them. I will share this message with anyone and all media platforms.

!!!!!!!!DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH D PATRICK!!!!!!!!!! ! Absolutely awful the way they treat their customers. Bought a used vehicle that had severe damage under the vehicle and they won’t take full responsibility. Now I’m stuck paying tons of money to get vehicle fixed. I noticed the car had issues 20 minutes after purchasing. If you read this review and still use d Patrick for anything just know you were warned!!!!! Place is trash. If you don’t want to take my word on this topic go to my Facebook page and look at the post over this topic. You can read through all the terrible stories this dealership has done to people. 700 miles was put on this vehicle before we could get it in to be looked at because d Patrick pushed our appointment back.

Completely incompetent communication with service department. Non-responsive, and not efficient in anything scheduled. No more wasting time here- and for a business to turn their noses up at 2k+ worth of work and fail to follow through is crazy. I’d rather drive to louisville or Indianapolis. Steer clear- not worth the time or frustration. Online service system is worthless- and don’t count on anyone calling you back.

Austin Hiam was wonderful! He made the whole process so much less stressful. He was extremely knowledgeable and talked me through the entire process. To this day, he is always readily available for anything I need!

First class experience for BMW owners. Ally makes it easy to schedule your appointment and always follows up to ensure expectations were met. When I dropped off my car, Seth explained the services in detail, provided a quote for the services and even put together a proposal for tire replacement that will likely be needed in the Fall.
I prefer communicating via text and the D-Pat Team effectively accommodates.
