We've purchased two vehicles thus far from them!! Staff is friendly, prompt, and thoughtful! They have a very good and well stocked variety of vehicles which are very nice in quality!! They've got great financing!! Each vehicle my daughter had purchased she's really enjoyed!! The sales staff are exceptional!!

I just bought a used car from them and, by far, the best experience I have ever had! From Sales to Finance, they were very professional, I didn't feel pressured, and they were very patient with me while I took my time making my decision. Definitely, 5 stars! These car salesmen will LIE TO YOUR FACE!! I bought a vehicle from Robert Carter at D-Patrick Nissan in June of 2021. I was desperate as my car had just kicked its transmission. I genuinely thought Robert was doing me a solid in selling me my vehicle however numerous times I reached out to the lot because of issues I had with the vehicle within weeks of purchcase..they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about when I mentioned the noises and the shakes and things happening under the body, I took it back twice because of these issues even.. literally had to sob my eyes out in front of these car crooks because I knew they had done me dirty and I couldn't afford to fix the issues this vehicle has caused since I bought it..Right??Now it's 2 years since purchase and I'm seeing my car fax has TWO ACCIDENTS REPORTED from 2014 both which were major accidents and are directly linked to the issues I've been having. This info was never disclosed to me and when asked about it, the blame was placed on CAR FAX. Come on.Do not buy from this lot, y'all. I've heard multiple horror stories and I thought I was safe because I was getting a deal from a "friend" but I did not and I am paying for it OVER AND OVER still.*I keep getting shut down by this business because they fail to take accountability for the fact that the wrecks that were never disclosed to me before purchasing this vehicle. I was told it had been inspected by d pateick team and I was lied to when I brought it back three times in two months. SORRY CHAD but I still think this is pretty important for people to see! It has nothing to do with the sales person it has everyrhing To do with d Patrick practice! Y'all are liars, scammers and now I see how insanely unprofessional this business is. Again DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!*** I was HARASSED by this employer for making a public review all day!

A bunch of scammers, they sold me a bad car and didn't try to work with me to trade it in. They had multiple banks pulled my credit score to try to get me approved on a loan, and the value of the car was worth way less than I bought it. Now I'm stuck making payments on a car that just park there, doesn't work and my credit score went down. If I could give less than 1 star I would. They're trash, bad customer service. Keelan Cocker and Ethan Reherman were my sales representatives. Don't buy a used car from them. Try any other dealership and do your research.

I see this "dealer" has 2.5 stars on YELP - Shame on me for not doing my homework before I purchased a vehicle from this dealership.Purchased a used vehicle from this business. Vehicle had multiple service lights on, and we agreed that they would take care of the 'service engine light', but not the others and agreed to reduce the price (which was $1000 overpriced anyway).The took care of the service engine light and we drove off the lot. One day later, check engine light is on (so apparently all they did was simply reset it and did not fix what was causing it). I actually figured they would do this, so while I'm not exactly surprised, I am disappointed and calling and speaking with our sales rep, Mason, didn't do a bit of good, period.Like I said, shame on me. We were also going to buy another vehicle from them this weekend, but LAW Chevrolet in Boonville has much better YELP and GOOGLE reviews, so we'll be taking our business there. Wouldn't want to get scammed twice in same week.It's further away, but definitely worth it.

I get both of my Nissan vehicles serviced here. Fantastic staff and they are honest and upfront about work needing to be done. They even have great follow up if issues do come up.

Purchased a 2021 2500 Ram from this location. They went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with the vehicle I purchased and it was the best option they had that would serve the purpose I needed the vehicle to serve. Ian was beyond friendly and helpful during this process. Purchasing a vehicle is not generally a relaxing experience; however, this time was different. If you are in the market for a new vehicle, Nissan, Ford, Ram, etc., they have eight different locations to draw from.

The service team have always given me great service. I don't always like the outcome because automobiles are expensive LOL. They always tell me what's going on as it's going on and never fix anything without prior approval. I have owned a Nissan since 2010 and will continue to do so. I've had a great experience and the best of luck with D-Patrick Nissan automobiles and will continue to shop there.

My family and I had a great experience at D-Patrick Nissan. Our car salesman Mr. Miguel "Gus" Reyes was fantastic. He most definitely went the extra mile to help our family! We will refer our friends and family there. And of course to see Mr. Reyes!

I came 45 minutes early, and they took my car right away. They took care of the recall , did a full service check, did a courtesy oil change and tire rotation. They had my car back to me in about 50 minutes. Great job thank you all very much

These people were amazing to deal with. At a time when it seems like all dealers are overcharging, this dealership is not. We purchased 2 vehicles from them in one day for that reason.

Amended review after D-Pat completed the repair. We were happy with the service personnel, work done, speed of repair, etc.I'll amend this review after we've actually had the car fixed, but as of right now I'm frustrated with their process. I called in this a.m. to schedule an appointment to have the car diagnosed sometime next week. Nobody was available to take my call so I went online to their schedule your service visit tool. They had tons of appointments available for today! So, I booked one, called the wife to leave work and bring the car, left work myself to meet her there, only to be told they don't have any technicians available all day! GRRR!
