Service department is a joke I recently bought a brand new vehicle and I had some warning lights on my dashboard so I took it to get it checked there two times and they didn’t do anything the first time they said that I needed a part that was a back order so they told me they were going to call me whenever the parts come in It was at least 3 months later and they never called me back so I just called them
Again and asked what was going on because they never called or anything they told me they had no idea that I was even waiting on a part so I took it again to start over again same thing happened this time so I got tired of their jokes and just decided to go to a different dealership

Love my CRV! Bought it 3 years ago and take it back for my routine service, oil change, etc. Clarence is the best technician! I know he treats my car as if it is his own. I can always count on the honest recommendations needed to keep my car in top condition. I drive many miles. Sometimes I feel that I am in my car more than I am at home. ? Couldn’t ask for anything better!

After a few months of shopping within 100 miles of our house, I extended the distance. D-Patrick Honda was just under 200 miles away and had the car we wanted. After working with Kevin, we were able to purchase and finance with the dealership. They were willing to take the car to a tire store where we bought tires and then also meet halfway to finalize the sale. Thanks to Kevin and Cody for their help before and after the sale.

Test drove a used Honda Pilot and a new one. Our salesman Matthew was very knowledgeable and helped us in our decision to purchase the new model. The sales manager was able to work with us on our trade in. The finance manager made us aware of warranty options without pressuring us to buy them. Overall, we had a great buying experience.
