There was a pharmacy tech named Jacy that was extremely impressive because she moved swiftly and with purpose which was admirable since I arrived towards the end of the work day as most of the city was closing down early due to snow and ice. I know it is hard to find employees and it is even harder to get them to work at a minimally acceptable pace. Congratulations on finding a great employee. Now it is the responsibility of the store manager and or region manager to celebrate and reinforce the good behavior because most managers are being trained how to find fault and take corrective action instead of “catching people doing something right”.

CVS is great and very affordable, with the sales and their coupons on top of it. The Only issue is when I go looking for(Aquaphor) because I'm a diabetic and it's for my skin. Sometimes I have to keep going around to other CVS to find it, but other then that, it's a Really Great store.

This is the ABSOLUTE WORSE store ever. The pharmacy is the slowest I have ever seen, the line is always wrapped around the building and now you can't even speak to someone you have to leave them a voicemail and wait for them to call you back. The most ridiculously ran place I've ever seen

I have visited this store numerous times and have always found everyone to be very polite, courteous and helpful. Each employee from the front of the store to the back of the store has been very friendly and cordial. There was a lapse in my insurance covering my medications and the employee went over and beyond to secure the lowest prices for my prescriptions. The store is clean and orderly. However, the entire staff makes it the best CVS store in Evansville, Indiana! Kudos to the entire staff for their kindness, caring attitude and pleasantness when greeting customers. Pat yourself on your back because you are doing a great job!!!

I don't understand the poor reviews. I noticed when looking for phone number on google tonight. My pharmacy for last 2-3 years and hands down the best pharmacy I've ever had. I'm in my 50's so I have some routine scripts now. Professional staff, friendly and prompt. You won't find a better pharmacist than Zach Wunderlich. A good doctor is important but so is a good pharmacist.

CVS is, by far, the worst pharmacy chain ever! However, this one takes the cake. It doesn’t matter what prescription it is, or when I call it in, it’s never ready. Not once, have I came here to pickup an already called in prescription and not been told, “We’ve expedited your prescription. It’ll be ready in fifteen minutes.” Why do I even bother calling?! Either way, I’m going to be waiting. If you’re looking for the worst pharmacy experience ever, this is your store! 🙌

Doesn't deserve even a 1 star, had to click one though as it won't let you post the comment. Very poor service when providing passport photo. The print out they give shows top part of your head is cut off and when you ask the staff to replace it, they ask you to pay for the reprint. Why would you ask the customer to pay additional fees when the service you provided failed to give the quality output you were suppose to give in the first place?? Staffs are unhelpful and make it sound like it is your fault when they are the one cutting the photo.

By far this has to be the worst CVS I've ever dealt with. The phone system to get through these are horrible they never answer the phone they never call you back they never feel the prescription there was closed for lunch when they could leave somebody there it's this horrible place to do business with any place else go to but stay away from here

Well I left Walgreens to come here. I’ve only got 2 Rx picked up on a Friday. They were busy, but a lot of sick ppl lately. I appreciate their detail. I called and order was ready about when they said.
