I never thought I would be so irritated after picking up medications that I would sit down and right a Google review as soon as I got home. While there are some polite employees, such as those working the floor generally speaking, that are very helpful, that is negated by a pharmacy ran so incompetently it could pass as an SNL skit. Unprofessional. Rude. And definitely none of their business what my medications are for! That's between me and my doctor. Negative stars, goodness gracious.

My family has gone to this CVS for over two decades. Within the last few years, the pharmacy has gone waaaay down in quality of service. We’ve had multiple poor quality experiences with the pharmacy staff at this location within the last few years. I truly think from the experiences we’ve had at this location that the pharmacy staff doesn’t care if you live or die at this point. Where is the humanity?

Worst CVS in Evansville. Wait times are beyond bad. Medicine can be called in hours before and they won’t start to fill it until you arrive to get it. Then you need to wait another 15 to 30min. Too many times they are unscheduled closed.

This is the worst CVS I've been too. Consistently rude staff. I never write reviews, but only did after picking up medication for my girlfriend only to realize, when opened in front of me, there was no medication in the bottle. They are supposed to do two checks, both of which were "signed off on." So that pretty clearly means pharmacists are cutting corners or stealing people's medication. Insurance didn't even pay for the medication picked up in this case, so I have apparently the most valuable empty medication bottle ever made. Terrible service, needs to be looked into by the state. Completely disgusted.

Take my advice get your medicine somewhere else. This will be the second time that they did a partial and I didn't figure it out till I was out of medicine they say they take a picture of everything so we'll be fixing it Monday and thank God I'll be going somewhere else from now on the lady I spoke to today was unbelievably rude disagreed with me said they take pictures of of all transaction and she was pretty rude about it basically she's right and I need to just deal they deserve one star

Probably the worst pharmacy in town. Never have meds ready and techs are rude and disrespectful. I’ve gotten attitude from multiple different techs for absolutely no reason. Their time management is terrible. They tell you one time, and you come back and medications are still not ready. In my personal experience, I gave them an extra HOUR to get them ready because I already know how terrible they are with getting meds ready in the allotted time given & can you guess, they still weren’t ready!! Switching pharmacies as soon as I can. If you want your meds in a timely manner, I highly recommend using a different pharmacy.

I didn't go in I was with my mother she was trying to find a particular item and she said she talk to someone and ask them about this item she was looking for she said he was very nice and gave his opinion about the product and even gave her a idea on what he thinks she should try or not to get. I like this business I just haven't been in a while for myself personally because I don't stay on that side of town but when I did stay over in the area or close by this would be the cvs I would go to o even picked up my prescription here and also had money wired to me as well.
