Custom Recreation is top notch!! We have purchased a play set, arcade, air hockey and foosball table. We had an issue with the play set (not Custom’s fault) and they have had great customer service, follow through when the say, and extremely helpful!! It’s sad that it’s a rarity to find reputable companies you can trust, but Custom Recreation is one of the few!!!!

Our home went through a flood from a busted pipe and was under construction for over a year! It was one bad thing after another! Our pool table was covered and it looked like it escaped damage....until the new lighting went in and we could see the huge water spot in the felt. I went to Custom Recreation to pick out new felt. When they came out, they discovered our bumpers were crumbling. Of course, now was the time to replace them! They went above and beyond to get everything done in time for our reveal party with friends that was already planned. I truly appreciate their help in making a positive ending to a terrible situation! No more construction! Beautiful new felt in Cadet Blue, a calm gray blue. My family now uses our basement more than EVER before! My kids continue to use the pool table. If I'm not on my game, my 9 year old is giving me a run for my money! I cannot say enough about the quality, care, and customer service of Custom Recreation!! Highly, highly recommend!

update: finally got replacement rim, rim mount pad, base top cap, and redesigned actuator assembly installed on the 1997 Goalrilla. All parts fit great, photos they provided helpful in installation!orig: Bought replacement Goalrilla basketball goal parts including retrofit actuator/hand crank assembly and rim for older z-line model. Good customer service, they emailed parts photos both layout and an assembled customer example. Didn't think I would find the replacement parts for a goal installed over 25 years ago.

Extremely helpful and friendly, excellent customer service. Came in for a pool cue on a low budget and was very well taken care of despite being a walk-in first time customer near closing time that didn't have a lot to spend - the gentleman at the counter (I didn't catch his name) even changed the weight on the cue I purchased on the spot. Highly recommend - I'll definitely be a repeat customer!

Called well before closing time. Got someone to answer to tell me they are closed and wouldn’t help me. Funny that would mean they are there to answer the phone. Not sure why they would answer if they are closed well before their ADVERTISED closing time.
