My friend got flowers from her boyfriend. He sent them in the morning didn’t get here till 4:40pm she called her rude saying she doesn’t know if she can even make it before 5pm when our work closes. Was being short with her, asked what side of town she lives because it’s getting late. When she got here she tried to hurry up dropping her flowers plus a teddy bear and leaving. It was the wrong order. It was for another customer. Then when we told her this wasn’t hers. She acted like it was a burden that we were causing her. Asked for her name too. It was Shelly. Definitely not a good experience! It’s my friends birthday too! 0/5 stars ?

Darcy and her team are phenomenal. She went above and beyond for my son’s wedding. She was open to suggestions, had creative ideas, and ran with our concept of different designs on each table, allowed us to come up with unique tablescapes, and she nailed it! She wove a gorgeous mix of silk and fresh flowers into the pieces so that our dream came to life. She was there with us every step of the way and made this day so beautifully memorable. Right down to the sweet doggo ring bearer’s boutonnière!

Darcy is the best! She is so sweet and has the most beautiful flower arrangements. You can tell when you call that you are talking to someone who really does love their job and it is like a breath of fresh air.

Easy online ordering, good customer service and on-time delivery! She picked out a special medium size bear for my 12 yr old niece that was a huge hit!! Definitely recommend!!

Placed order by phone for flowers for my sister who had to put her senior cat down. They were super friendly, helpful, and quick to get the flowers delivered ASAP. The picture my sister shared is exactly what I asked for. Sunflowers and cheerful. Would order from here again!

Highly recommend for your flower needs! Darcy took on my wedding flowers with short notice and did an AMAZING job! I had several appointments with my previous florist starting 8 months prior to the wedding and wasn’t getting anywhere with my vision. In just a couple weeks, Darcy took my inspiration pictures and created the most beautiful bouquets. Not only was her work absolutely perfect, she was also very kind and made me feel at ease that it was all going to turn out great!

Darcy created the flowers for my beloved mother's casket and urns and Mary statue at St. Benedict Cathedral, according to my specifications ... and they all turned out perfectly. She texted me with a design question, with a caring eye for detail. I would highly recommend her as THE florist to work with when you need a creative floral expert.

I ordered my mom the Teleflora's pleasing purple bouquet and I got sent a pic of what she got and I was disappointed. There wasn't hardly any purple flowers. They didn't look like the picture I seen online .

Unfortunately my Papaw passed away and his funeral was last week. We were told about Cottage Florist by our family, and they did an excellent job. The flowers were gorgeous. My sister and her family, her in-laws, and my family sent bouquets over. They even did the flowers on my Papaw's casket too. Despite the circumstances, the flowers were so gorgeous and vibrant. Thank you for your hard work during this difficult time.
