I’ve been to a lot of Costco branches. I used to work at one too, actually.
In my experience, this is by far the store that is least friendly to its members and most overbearing. Every time I’ve been treated in a way that leaves a bad taste in my mouth.
That being said, at least the prices are the same. They get an extra star for that.
It’s just that usually the customer experience is just as good as the prices. Not the case for this store. Not sure what’s going on in this branch.

They don't have much here and they purposely move stuff so you spend more time in the store in the hopes you'll empty your wallet to them. Also I cant make my husband the primary account holder unless I cancel my membership and re do it so he's the primary.... Because it's not 2024 and we don't have computers and programs that could easily make changes like that. I don't know where I got such a 21st century idea like that.... So yeah, waste of time (on purpose) and makes every process difficult (on purpose). 10/10 I don't recommend, go with Sam's club. Also, the location and drive isnt worth it, and it's the only one over here. So more cons and I'm still waiting for a pro; it's been almost a year and their food court being decent isn't enough. I will not be renewing my membership (which I have the $100, but they obviously don't want this veteran's business!)

I dont think this place is that great. I understand that it's a club but everytime I go in they have to see your picture on card going in and at register. I think it's a bit high for bulk too. I like it on some things but they don't carry alot of what I like. There deli stuffed peppers are great tho.

Will not probably go back and will cancel my membership.
Get in self checkout and girl , and management are so rude because we couldn’t quite understand why we couldn’t use our visa to check out.

This place would be 5 stars if not for the staff. I’ve been a member here for 4 years. The workers at the entrance, checkout, and exit are very rude. If they don’t see my card in my hand as I’m walking up, they act like I just insulted them and get really rude. If I didn’t have a membership, I wouldn’t be able to buy anything, so why the hostility? Overall this place used to be fantastic, but over the last year or so, the place has gone downhill. In contrast, Sam’s has improved greatly, so I probably won’t be renewing my membership.

I love the snack bar I got a chicken bite and drink for under 8 dollars. They have great deals and you can eat before you shop. Can't wait to go back.

We love Costco. Wish there was one closer to me. Obviously we find value as we drive 2+ hrs to visit this one. A really good place to "stock up" on things.

This is the second Costco I have ever been too. Employees were friendly & helpful, areas were clean & I love their all beef hotdogs!
