I have been here for a couple of months now and I have nothing bad to say. Our area is quiet, my neighbors are great and my apartment is nice and comfortable. It’s a great property to rent from

I just love living here. Going on my second year living here and it’s amazing. The apartments are super nice & updated with brand new appliances & the maintenance are AMAZING! They help with everything so quickly. One time they even jumped my car for me so I could go to work. Overall , I LOVE living at cold water flats
