TERRIBLE customer service and willingness to actually help in a situation. The front desk workers, Tina and Vicky, would rather send you to another vet or make you spends hundreds on an animal hospital then take the time to help. Absolutely would NOT recommend them!!!!!

The staff and Dr Brown are always great about giving multiple treatment options at least with my cat's situation. They're very friendly and efficient during the whole process.

The staff really cares about your animal. They may not be an emergency clinic though I wish they were they will take care of your fur baby as soon as possible and they even called me 30 minutes before they opened to get my fur baby seen asap. Tina she's the best !! She's the one that call

We moved here from Ohio in the fall of 2022 and finding the Chateau Dog & Cat Hospital was wonderful and welcoming for our senior dog. Everyone is always so welcoming to our family and our dog. Highly recommend!
